Genuine environmental credentials are fundamental to the design, offsetting the majority of heating energy consumption and saving over 21 tonnes of CO2 pollution per year. 10FS has achived a BREEAM rating of excellent.

Pioneering for the location, 10FS employs a Ground Source Heat Pump System. 36 closed loop energy bore holes are installed up to a maximum depth of 150 m below the building’s foundations, providing a year round heating and cooling source.
